COVID-19 IMPACT
We are still operating and shipping all orders with a reduced staff on site for safety. Orders placed will be shipped as quickly as possible. - Since most of the Courier services are not fully functional, there might be a delay in commited delivery time.
- Staffing changes may result in increased lead times for products we manufacture and kit, especially those in pre-order though we hope to avoid this as much as possible.
- Limited Customer support representatives are available on site and can be accessible via email
- Phone support is currently limited, and all phone messages are being answered via email.
- All other requests will be processed in the order they are received. Please note the current estimated timeline for returns, stock inspections, product testing and replacements (i.e. requests that require a human to devote time to them in-house) is currently 15-30 working days, to accommodate safe staffing practices.
Finding Shipping Cost:
Before placing the order customer can verify the shipping options & cost available for their region.To confirm the shipping cost , just add the items you would like to buy to your Shopping cart. Click on "Shopping Cart" link at Top- left corner of the webpage.On "shopping cart" page you can the added products with its weight and Total price .There you can find a Button "Estimate Shipping" ,just click on it. A pop up window will open with various shipping methods and pricing depending upon shipping location you selected.
Shipment Processing Time:
Usually all the domestic orders (within India) with successful payment confirmation are processed and shipped on the same day or on the very next working day itself. All international orders (outside India) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days from the date of payment confirmation.
If payment is done in advance for an item in pre-order, the estimated period will be shown to customer before adding to cart itself and item will be shipped as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse.
Domestic Shipping (India):
Our logistics partners within India are DTDC, Shree Maruti and Speed Post. Other couriers are available on request. All consignments are send as per the serviceability of the courier at destination pincode. If there is any preference, please mail us / add to comments while ordering. We will ship via your preferred courier. If customer preferred courier is not available for that particular pincode / location (Very rarely), we will use the best possible shipping method to fulfil the order.

International Shipping (outside India):
Our International logistics partner is DHL and FedEx. All international consignments will be shipped via DHL / FedEx which is reliable, fast and trackable shipping method. Exact transit time required varies with destination country.

Customs, Duties and Taxes for International Consignments:
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, Customs duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We will not be responsible for any extra charges charged once the original package has been shipped outside India. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer. Customs are quite different in each country. Please comment while you are placing order about any special requirements required in your country, we will support as much as possible.
